If you’re experiencing problems with the Dialer, please follow these recommendations: 

  1. Verify that the contact number indicator is correct and re-enter the number to ensure accuracy. 
  2. It’s important to note that calls cannot be made to service contact numbers, i.e., numbers where a charge is incurred for the call. 
  3. To make a call to the SOS line, we recommend using the Dialer on your personal mobile device, as it does not incur any costs and cannot be done from the device in question. 
  4. If the problem persists even after validating the indicator and following the above guidelines, you can try using the “Reboot Settings” button provided.
