There are currently two types of connectivity issues with mobile devices. They are distinguished as follows:
- The device does not display “4G” but has a mobile network (see image below).
- The device neither has 4G nor a mobile network (see image below).
If your device doesn’t display “4G” but has a mobile network, we recommend using a button called “Reboot Settings.” You can find this button in your device’s settings, located in the top right corner with a settings icon (Reboot Settings).
Note: If you don’t see a button in the top right corner of your device’s settings, then you’ll need to press the Menu Button / Device Help / Device Settings / Reboot Settings button.
If your device doesn’t display “4G” and doesn’t have an active mobile network, we recommend that you contact us directly via our customer support bot.
